(and the first Sunday of every month)

The Craftsman's Market is a monthly celebration of local, independent artisans and "makers" who demonstrate their skills and sell their wares. Our team hand picks creators who are passionate about their craft and want to inspire others to get involved. As part of our mission to preserve the health of our planet, we prioritize makers who work with reclaimed, upcycled, and/or vintage materials!

Fractal Wood Burning Workshop: Saturday, April 13

Create your own piece of art made with reclaimed lumber! Fractal wood burning is the process of using high voltage electricity to create tree or lightning-like figures, and has become popular among professional and hobbyist woodworkers.
The workshop will be led by fractal wood burning expert Joe Middleton of Electrifying Art. Joe will personally walk you through the process of how to use the equipment to burn your own unique design.

Reclaimed Wood Accent Wall Workshop: Sunday, April 14

Learn how to design, plan, construct, and put up your own gorgeous accent wall made with reclaimed lumber!

Salvage Design Center co-owner, Chris Hoar, has spent years learning the do's and don'ts of accent wall assembly, and he's ready to share his knowledge with you! The first class is limited to just 12 people to make sure everyone has a chance to learn.

In this workshop, Chris will go over the best types of wood to use, the necessary tools you'll need, the mistakes to avoid, and the best techniques for getting that wood on the wall!

Your $45 ticket includes a $25 credit to spend at Salvage Design Center, where we specialize in reclaimed lumber. Ticket holders will also get *10% OFF* any reclaimed lumber purchased the day of the event!
