FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What are your hours?
A: We are open every day from 10 am to 5 pm, or later by appointment only. To set an appointment outside our normal operating hours, please call 720-432-8893.
Q: Where do you get your materials?
A: The answers to this question are as varied as the materials we carry! Sometimes, our team is called in to salvage lumber, doors, windows, hardware, and other architectural elements from a barn, home, or other old structure that is scheduled to be demolished. Our live edge slabs all come from trees that were either dying or fallen, both in the forest and in urban areas. Our vintage decor pieces have primarily been collected by the owners over the years. We also accept donations!
Q: Do you buy old doors, windows, or other antiques?
A: We primarily offer store credit for these types of materials. We encourage you to email photos and information to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will let you know whether or not your items are a fit for our business.
Q: Do you build custom furniture?
A: Yes! We work with a team of carpenters and metal workers who can accomplish just about any custom project. We can build and finish shelving, tables, counter tops, benches, and more. Learn about our custom work here.
Q: If I buy reclaimed wood from you, can you help me prep or finish it?
A: Yes! We offer lumber cutting, sanding, planing, staining, polyurethane, and epoxy finishing. Many of these services can be done while you wait, but others will require you to come back later for pick up. Learn about lumber finishing services here.
Q: I have a house or building that will be demolished soon, can you salvage some or all of the materials?
A: Maybe! Depending on the size of the structure, the age & quality of the materials, and our team's availability. We encourage you to email photos and details to email@example.com, or call 720-432-8893 to discuss.
Q: I'm a contractor/builder/designer working on a big project. Can you handle bulk orders for reclaimed lumber?
A: Yes! We consistently carry (or can access quickly) thousands of square feet of reclaimed barn wood, salvaged oak butcher block (trailer flooring), and dimensional Beetle Kill Pine. We would be happy to discuss your project.
